Return Method:

  • To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Refund Request” and include your order number. Please attach photos or videos illustrating any issues with the received product.
  • We will review your request and provide return labels via email. Customers are required to download and print these labels.
  • Package the returned product securely.

Return Items Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition and with tags intact.

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be processed for a refund.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Fee:

  • We provide prepaid labels for items with manufacturer defects, damages in transit, discrepancies from website descriptions, or incorrect products.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items due to remorse.

Restocking Fee:

No restocking fee for returns.

Notification of Returned Package:

II. REFUND
