Return & Refund Policy

I. RETURN

We are proud of the quality of our products and offer an easy return policy for all purchases on Geumbal.com. If you get a faulty item, change your mind, or the product isn’t what you expected, we are here to help. Our promise to make customers happy means you can shop confidently, knowing that if your purchase isn’t right, we will assist you.

Return Method:

  • To request a return, please email us at contact@geumbal.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request” and include your order number. Please attach photos or videos illustrating any issues with the received product.
  • We will review your request and provide return labels via email. Customers are required to download and print these labels.
  • Package the returned product securely.
  • Ship it back to us at 1411 Boulevard Lorraine SW, Atlanta, GA 30311, United States. Recipient Name: Geumbal Return

Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Return Items Conditions:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. We cannot process refund requests made after this period.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Fee:

Customers will not have to pay shipping fees to return for any reason.

Restocking Fee:

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Notification of Returned Package:

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Please note that the time it takes for us to receive the returned product may vary depending on your location.

II. REFUND

Refund Timeline:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 days and credited to your original method of payment.
  • If your return is rejected, we’ll provide an explanation and work with you to find a solution.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@geumbal.com.

III. EXCHANGE

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
